The sale of vaping products with a flavour or aroma other than tobacco will be prohibited in Quebec, the health minister announced today.
This is so dumb. I know people who’ve quit smoking and the flavour helped them quit and stay away because cigarettes tasted awful upon return.
Flavoured vapes will still undoubtedly exist on the black market, which is supplying the youth anyways.
Moreover, I feel better after switching. Oh I have no delusions that it’s a healthy habit, it couldn’t be, at the very least nicotine by any delivery method is bad for your blood pressure. But after switching I started noticing a lot of small things improve that I didn’t even notice were a problem until they were gone.
And yet it seems more and more places are banning these things, while leaving cigarettes alone.

What pisses me off more than this is the feds regulating rebuildables up the ying yang - to the point almost no one sells RTAs-RDAs and well-made mods anymore - so kids can still buy dirt cheap disposables and we can pack our landfills with plastics, batteries and precious metals.
The stupidity of our elected officials and unelected bureaucracy still fucking astounds me.
