Mini is fine. Micro is very close to being symmetrical that it might as well be. For cables that small, reversible is the way to go.

It’s not an issue of not being reversible. The problem is that it is symmetrical without being reversible. HDMI and DisplayPort are much less annoying. Even USB Type B (printer cables) is relatively easy to figure out orientation for.
8/20. I am pretty good on photorealistic images, but the random drawings… honestly a lot of the ones by people I tagged as AI generated because i thought they kinda sucked.
I went down the rabbit hole a couple months back. I spent a couple hours looking at old memes, I still don’t get it. Like it’s a not great comic but… I don’t care?
Bad people doing bad things is nothing new.
But these things allow good, otherwise well-intentioned, people, to become unwitting moles for Meta.
He looks like the Change My Mind meme guy.
Thats because cameras aren’t good for blind spot detection. Moreover, even for cars that have cameras on the side, the Comma doesn’t use them. AFAIK, in my car with 360 cameras, the OEM system doesn’t use the cameras either for blind spot.
Which cars are equipped with human eyes for sensors?
An AI that can follow black people around a store? You might be into something.
Even Comma.AI, which is vision-only internally, still implicitly relies on the cars built in radar for collision detection and blind spot monitoring. It’s just Tesla.
But the fact that AVs detect dark skinned people and short people at a lower effectiveness is a reflection of the lack of diversity in the tech staff designing and testing these systems as a whole.
No, it isn’t. Its a product of the fact that dark people are darker and children are smaller. Human drivers have a harder time seeing these individuals too. They literally send less data to the camera sensor. This is why people wear reflective vests for safety at night, and ninjas dress in black.
You know it’s bad when you’re using your combover to block your neckgina.
The shrimp has a backbone
They eat giant silk worms in China. Apparently they’re pretty good.
My PS5 has 3.5 TB. 1TB internal, plus 2TB NVME, plus 512GB external.
My PC has 1TB NVME for windows, a 2TB NVME game drive, a 512GB NVME I’m not really sure what for yet, a 4TB SATA SSD backups drive, and 2TBs SATA SSD for media/downloads/older games. I also have an external 8TB HDD fo backups. So 9.5 TB of SSDs and 8TB external.
SSD prices have dropped massively lately. You should get a 2TB NVME drive, which you can easily find for $100 or less.
That’s like one ambulance trip
I have both and I prefer the steam deck. The Ally runs games better when they run, but the trip there always sucks, to the point that you never want to pick it up.
The Ally is actually much more of a “linux-like” experience because you can get more out of it, but you have to put a lot more work into it to get there. The steam deck is like a console.
Right. And that’s what Linus lead with.
I get vibes of Top Gear reviewing the Tesla roadster.
So a headphone cable?
