Have a link for it? Or some specific keyword I can search for? I have tons of components sitting around and a 3D printer.

Oh that’s really neat. It would be extremely helpful for situations like the hurricanes in the US these past months.
I’m really close to being ready to do the test for my HAM license. It’s been enlightening to see all the applications and components tied to it. For anyone interested, even just getting started with a simple SDR setup can get you going on learning the basics about the various bands and intricacies involved.
To be honest, I never considered fusion to be the same thing. But I guess it is. Hmm. Thanks for that insight. I’m going to look into fusions features more.
Swapped to the Affinity suite a few months ago and have been loving it. DaVinci Resolve replaced Premiere. Still having trouble finding a decent After Effects replacement though. I’ve been eyeing Natron but haven’t tried it yet.
The real dystopian nightmare is the one where everyone conforms and acts neutral out of fear. That’s how we really lose who we are and any sense of improving the situation.
Yes correct. But I’m more pointing that that saying “only a cat 4” comes across like if it was a weak storm that did all the damage. It was about 15mph shy of being the highest rating.
“Only” a cat 4? It was one step away from the highest rating of 5…
In that article they provide a list of steps to follow to be safer on Tor. Is that a good list or is there anything else one can do to maintain their privacy?
And then on top of that, if they phase workers out without some kind of universal income, how the hell do the corporate overlords expect us to have money to fuel their greed?
Just looked them up… holy hell. How does one have so many repos! And all the apps he’s made. What’s the story on them?
Edit: just looked it up myself. Seems to be a well liked person in the open source community. Idk. Regardless, props to them for the work they put in.
Don’t be afraid to try odd jobs or go for opportunities that you normally wouldn’t. New opportunities and interests can open up from getting out of your comfort zone.
This was taken at 12:00 AM your time?! I’m always fascinated by sunlight being around at “non-normal” times.
I switched over to Proton from Gmail about 8-10 months ago and it’s been great so far. Folders and filters have been like what I was used to. The only thing I haven’t played around with much is calendar and invites.
I ended up going for the whole proton bundle since it included the vpn, storage, and custom domains (up to 10 addresses I think)
Ukraine isn’t really using DJIs as much (if any at all) as they are custom built FPV drones.
I switched to the Affinity suite today after almost 20 years of using Adobe products. After the trial I realized that I actually enjoyed the layout of the tools and the familiarity between photoshop and illustrator. Their InDesign alternative (Publisher 2) is pretty nice too. It really helps that they’re giving 50% off right now. (Smart marketing btw)
Only thing I’m struggling with finding a replacement for is after effects. I already made the switch to DaVinci for video so motion graphics is the only hole left to fill and then I’m free from Adobe.
Instead of mandatory military service like some countries have, people should have mandatory public work for two years. Whether it be labor, clerical/administrative, etc, it could help young people learn a new skill, get guaranteed work to get the started, and could potentially save a ton in taxes. It would also create the opportunity to start getting caught up some things that keep getting swept under the rug like bridge maintenance , etc.
This is crazy and scary. I had no idea a system like that existed.
