GrapheneOS is the easiest ROM install bar none. Get the en browser (needs to be chrome-based) to the install url, hook the phone cable, and let it run. It’s super straightforward. It’s not rooting though, you don’t get root access by default.
GrapheneOS also has this. Not sure stock android includes it.
That would be if it ends in the news if a store uses it. I definitely can’t imagine people stop using their main grocery store off from a rumor like this.
…but it can’t run both in your phone and in your computer, right? For that you need the desktop app (which is Windows only) or the web app, which linux apps encapsulate right?
IMHO as i have it as my daily browser, it can become troublesome with booking websites (flights, tickets, hotels, restaurant orders, shopping). They don’t like whatever Mull blocks, and at some point during any booking process you’ll be unable to complete it. Sometimes during the payment step, so it can be… Frustrating.
What’s this about? I didn’t hear anything about it.
The Google library is fully offline as far as everyone knows. Sure it’s a binary blob and projects such as this linked here aim to finally break free from that dependency. But for the time being, I’ll be Ok with that offline blob until this futo becomes a viable alternative.
Kobo is the way.
Neither UNIFIL nor U.N. Headquarters in New York have publicly reiterated that the peacekeepers can shoot back at the Israelis if they are attacked.
This is a nothinburger. Of course they can, in theory. But they won’t, and they’re not even hinting they might. It’s just an article of wishful thinking and what legally is written in their charter. But reality is a different deal.

Can you… Work for Broadcom? Or Oracle or EA, or something. Just a suggestion.
Course it’s down, they didn’t ask me for the survey this time!
I have a brother ecotank…i know this one will wake every noon and do some quick maintenance, like attempting a 10 second print. I guess it’s exactly to avoid ink drying up.
Alias emails. Duck email etc. Duckduckgo extension allows you to create one-click email specifically for whatever bullshit at hand that you can one-click delete later.
Just joining the discussion, because this happens to me too, and it’s very frustrating.
I just love how natural Kaldi sounds. A bit more convoluted to get up and running, but it sounds really great.
I really loved it. But way too early i realized what was up. I remember reading about the gas leak incident in some comic i read when i was a kid in the 80s, and my mind made that connection rather early. I still enjoyed it throughly, and I’m always waiting for whatever Supermassive is up to next.
Thanks for this. This is the kind of input I wanted…I’m a bit concerned about the extra bulk the add-on might make, but I guess there’s no two ways around it.
I like to open multiple tabs on what I’m going to watch next, and Freetube is a bit clunky with the window management (I wish they had tabs!). So far uBlock has been doing an impeccable job…but these days I can see it struggling a bit more. I can see youtube REALLY tries to give me an ad first, sometimes when you open the video, you can see the first frame of an ad instead of the thumbnail while it starts buffering, then it skips to the video. The ad is not shown, but the first frame of an ad sometimes escapes into the video while it buffers at the beginning, for a second.
The end result is the same though. First phone unlock is the one a bad actor can’t get through.
