2 months agoNot playing a game doesn’t reflect its quality. I still haven’t played red dead 2, gta5, the witcher, assassins creed.
I’m just here looking for brief connections with people over common interests.
My username would suggest I’m a bigger Harry Potter fan than I actually am. I saw a dumbledore meme with outwards-crossed-eyes that I think may have even said dumblederp.
I still appreciate some light trolling/jokes.

4·2 months agoSame, same, but different. When I was in Cambodia I skipped the killing fields tours my friends went on. I was on holiday, not looking for a grim tour of historical atrocities.

Headline aside, if you’re on $150k p.a. you should have an ample emergency fund and frankly aim to live below your means while earning that kind of money in such a volatile employment field.
I also had a lifetime subscription. I think like with many of these things, they might’ve included a usage monitor rather than a carte blanche closing of accounts. I rarely used it once someone told me Opera had a built in VPN but it’d still be nice to have it available. I would’ve used less than 1gb a year, maybe less than 100mb. I haven’t used at all in in the last three years. What harm does my account bring to their financial outcome?

I get 6mB /s or so, but it copies in the background. I also use it to copy media to my phone.

I listened to all he Jack Reacher books, I’m glad the TV show isn’t following them exactly. The books are cheese, the TV show is cheese, I like cheese.
ddr5 was just a placeholder in the above statement, whatever works. TPTB are welcome to release a line of gpu-ram with appropriate connections.

4·3 months agoI don’t want a folding e-reader, I was a dual eReader with a hinge in the middle that acts like a book.
Using Calibre, they’re much of a muchness. I’ve got a kobo, I mostly eRead on my phone.
