The ability to cure any disease at will. Also the ability would be transferable. So if i touch an object, and then have that object touched another individual touches it or consumes, it would heal a disease or ailment.

I would then claim to have discovered the cure for Alzheimer’s. I would just touch a large vat of some sort of liquid and then ship out A vile of liquid from that vat And then the person is cured of Alzheimer’s.

Within a year, I’d come up with a cure for another disease and then start shipping out the vials for that too.

Maybe a year after that I come out with cures for 3 diseases. I’d have to scale it up so that way people weren’t immediately suspicious of how I came up with cures for everything.

I would have to charge enough so I could keep expanding the company paying for employees and machinery needed to create the vials package it ship it, etc. I’d charge a dollar per vial sent out for my personal profit. With a minimum personal profit of $40,000 US per year.

And just so the world isn’t screwed when I’m dead, I would transfer the ability onto multiple object objects. So for example, I would put it on rocks. That way they could use the rock to then touch the vile of liquid to create more medicine.

Since I could never turn it off, I would just keep healing a small patch of skin on my big toe or something. Since skin is continuously aging and technically aging is a disease I would have no problem on the side effects. It would just continuously heal that patch until I want to heal something else.

One vile would cure one ailment or disease.

Any form of site where people can communicate, be it, lemmy , Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc is creating a problem of people going that sort of thing

I’m not familiar with ones like that. Which ones allow you to download and keep it offline so it will still work if that company goes out of business.

People pay for streaming and then complaining that their shows keep disappearing. Knowing full well that they are only allowed to watch the shows as long as the streaming service allows them to watch.

We bought a front loader last year and we can already see the extra wear in clothes. We went back and were told yeah that can happen since the machine runs so much faster then old machines.

Most places have their stuffing way to moist. I want stuffing, not bread that looks like it was dropped in water. Boxed stuffing shouldn’t even be sold. It tastes like garbage.

Get some bread. Tear it up. Let it dry. Add some chicken broth. Add some seasoning. That means go to store and buy the different seasonings. Like garlic powder. Sage, thyme, etc.

Then put it on the oven. The moisture comes from gravy.

Mashed potatoes… Yeah most times people add way to much to the mashed potatoes.

Edit and for the gravy that means you make a chicken or a turkey you get the broth and you make the gravy.

Part of the problem is a lot of programs that people who understand tech think is simple or obvious is actually stupidly wrote and confusing and illogically set up.

Older people rely on logic. And most interfaces are the opposite of logical.

Younger people have this idea of "press a bunch of buttons and once you see how it works, then memorize the steps ".

Think of it this way. A graphic designer should get paid each time they create something and each time it is used, or they get paid a LOT for creating it then it is used as much as the new owner wants. We are seeing cases where someone creates something, gets paid a small amount then it’s stolen after that.

Designers can’t stay in business

Think of the person that spends money to create a song, the song has one person who buys it for $1 (normal customer) then everyone else illegally downloads it. Can the artist stay in business? Can the artist afford to continue making music?

It the graphic designer has their stuff stolen, put into ai and people use the work to create other works. The designer is now going to have to charge an insane amount to create other works. Now the cost to hire a designer is so high that many people just settle for ai.

Your statement of old enough to not remember things that well, implies memory issues.

Has he always been this way or just recently? If it’s recently then have him see a specialist about his memory. There could be a bigger problem there. Memory problems can show up earlier then you realize.
