Seems useful to me. If I’m selling my house I don’t want to spend a bunch of my own time setting up all the showings and being there for each one. And if I have to trust someone else to do it, they should be licensed and trackable in case something goes wrong.
It does seem like a job that attracts lazy people though, and it also seems like there are way too many agents in general.

They make A-to-A cables with a bit of file transfer software integrated into the cord. Useful for transferring big files between two PCs without setting up a network.
Is it really redeeming to spend so many years and resources on a game that still isn’t very good at all. They’ve basically spent two full development cycles on one mediocre game.

I love any game with a handcrafted map and some exploration. Even Satisfactory, a factory building game, does an excellent job at that. Procedural generation has its uses but lacks soul I guess.

The people with the money don’t understand the science. If you can’t convince them that your science is worth investing in then why would they give you money? What’s really shocking is that a Nobel prize winner isn’t smart enough to understand that.
