I was thinking the same! That’s pretty good all things considered!

I wouldn’t say you’re dumb when it comes to Google. Their search is just a broken mess of dog shit now.
I’m the same. I play retro and indie titles on the Deck, and more modern and demanding games on the desktop.
Right…
Anyway, you do the same, buddy. Maybe don’t assume so much any more. Might get your “point” across a little better.
I agree with everything you said.
That doesn’t mean that we can’t at least try to show people or teach them things that they didn’t have any knowledge of prior.
All my life I have been self taught. Never had like-minded people, unfortunately. I just try to be the “older sibling” to this man, because he is where I was in life. No one took time to show him things, called him stupid, etc. He’s come a very long way, and now goes and does his own tinkering. If I just let him be, he says he wouldn’t have grown like he has.
Sometimes people need guidance, and that’s all I strive to provide. What he does after the guidance is 100% people are people.
A desktop that was a few steps away, with a bigger screen, a sound bar, and a subwoofer.
It’s okay. You can stop putting your feet into your mouth now.
I do try my best.
Please do not assume a whole entire 6 years of friendship by just this one comment.
I did say it’s okay, and that we can watch it on my desktop, which we then did, and even though DBZ isn’t a favorite of mine, we both got excited. His excitement from DBZ, and mine from his excitement.
He knows how I am, how many times I’ve mentioned how much I fucking hate ads. You, on the other hand, know nothing about me.
Have a good rest of your day.
Showed a friend how I got a modified version of Youtube on my phone. He did it, and when it came time to re-certify the app (7 days for none paid developers) he couldn’t be bothered to plug his phone in, and let the program (that automatically recertifies it mind you) do it’s thing.
He was showing me a video on the new DBZ Sparking Zero game, and had two whole ads before being able to show me whatever it was he was going to show me. I mentioned, “Man. If only there was a way to prevent this kind of nuisance…” and gave him such a withering look, he just put the phone away and said nevermind.
It is actually fucking insane what people are willing to put up with man…
I understand completely and there is no need to feel like you need to explain yourself! I was really just poking at you. 🙏
What emulator and settings are you using for ToTK? I tried playing it on my beefy desktop, and it couldn’t get passed 40-50 frame in the beginning area, while standing still…
Ah, you did say that. I’m sorry for my misunderstanding. I’ve never tried that, and you’re the first I’ve seen to mention it. I concede to your argument.
I understand where you’re coming from. It’s never happened to me, but if a website didn’t work with Firefox, I would just assume it’s a shit site ran by rookies who know nothing, and move on to a different site. I understand most people don’t have that kind of principle though.
Almost 20 years and I’ve never needed a Chromium browser for anything. I’m sorry you were forced to use such garbage ass software.
May I ask what your total play time on a multiplayer game is? Some people rack up 100s of hours on both multiplayer and singleplayer games. So, I was just curious because you said 60 hours long felt like too much of an investment, but I feel like you’ve probably played plenty of multiplayer games that were well over that 60. :P
I agree 100%! I just know that the average Joe doesn’t look at these things the same way we do. :/
I love this animation of Gabe! Thank you for sharing!
You can for sure! It’s just I wouldn’t go around recommending that to just any person because they then might get a little crazy with the freedom, brick their Steam deck install, and then try to say that the Deck is a POS.
Bad word of mouth is always a lot more damaging than spreading the good word that it’s a solid system.
I think it just depends on your body.
Worked night shift most of my life until recently, and never had any issues with it. Actually miss the emptiness of the roads and how little was going on while I was working.
I had to move to days a few times since the factory was closing night shift near Christmas time, and worked that no problem either.
Working days seems to drain me more so than any night shift position ever did. And I’m working an easier job now! It’s quite wild honestly.
Opera browser? The one that everyone was making a stink about a few years ago? The one owned directly by a Chinese based company, and was supposedly sending telemetry to China?
Why the hell would anyone still be using Opera???
