I also should be able to play games on Steam that I have previously purchased on PS5 without paying for it again. But if the game devs are gonna push kernel level shit, they might as well have a console-like experience that exists independently of a user’s OS.
That’s exactly why consoles are exploitative anti-consumer trash that ought to be cracked down on by the FTC, though.
