[Speaking as a mod] I’ll remind all users here that the topic is Reddit, not China. There’s quite a bit of freedom for off-topic in c/snoocalypse but there are better places for more divisive themes, like politics.
Also, everyone: make sure to be crystal clear when criticising a government. I don’t think that the meme above is racist (even if I don’t agree with it) but there’s a thin line between “criticising a gov” vs. “criticising the population associated with that gov”, and I don’t want to see anyone here walking this thin line, OK?
