Any apps that provide live score updates & news? Preferably looking for something FOSS, but pretty much anything would be better than giving Disney my data.
On an iPhone currently, but switching to Android soon, so willing to hear suggestions for either.

Sofascore is a great option. FlashScore is also worth a look too.

Have you checked out the fanaticus.social communities here on Lemmy? They have a bot that scrapes some kind of data sources for multiple sports and posts game threads. Might not be what you’re looking for, but might be interesting.
