Another rule by people who think the only way “real” work gets done is by sitting in a cubicle and talking to people.
This is odd. Like if your job says you need to be in the office 3 days a week I disagree but you’d need to follow that, but you can’t change someones terms of work midway through. If you hire remote workers then they’re remote workers.
