For some of us out of loop - what is deadnaming?
Using the trans person’s forename, despite them going by their preferred name
Just want to point out that oftentimes it’s not just their preferred name—it’s their new actual legal name
I don’t understand what is so hard about this? I have to respect people’s magic stories that they are willing to kill over. Why can’t you accept someone’s legally changed identity? I see no difference.
