Part of the reason is the failure of our school systems to teach the history of Canadian resistance to U.S. threats, incursions and trade sanctions.

      Because they’re voicing their opinions on social media, not at the dinner table.

      1. The parents are equally shitty, and/or,
      2. By the time kids reach teenage years, they will mostly listen to social media than parents. They will live their lives on social media and thus, acceptance and opinions of social media “frens” matter more than their parents.
