I live in a small CA mountain town that was “the only town open” during COVID, and as such, Airbnb went apeshit. Well the market got oversaturated and now with people trying to offload these properties or rent them out to long term residents , and shocker, rents are coming down (along with home prices). We still have yoyos trying to get $4k/mo for a 2/1 piece of shit because I’m guessing they’re upside down on their mortgage, but those properties have been sitting on the market for at least 6mos. I have zero empathy for the people that bought high and losing their asses because they wanted to make it rich at the expense of our local population.

Don’t knock it till you try it! Tomato, splash of clam juice, quality tequila, cayenne pepper, regular pepper, celery salt, takin, and some veggies to munch on, it’s delicious. The clam adds a good texture and bump of flavor, but I’m also all about seafood.

Honestly I’m not a huge fan of it so I’m not entirely sure, but from what I understand it’s regular tomato juice, beer, and then some folks will add spices like tajin and spice, and often lime. I’m more inclined to use clamato (tomato and clam juice cocktail), but then I’d just go ahead and make a bloody maria (tequila).

I know in Asia mixing beer with tomato juice is somewhat common, but apple? I dunno…

Perhaps it may not be a bad idea to dual boot Arch and SteamOS or BazziteOS until you get the hang of Arch. While Arch is a very flexible system, accidents happen, and it’d be a shame to lose game progress due to system breakage.

And fyi, Konsole is simply a terminal application for your command line. Personally I don’t really mess with flatpaks, and I suggest getting familiar with pacman (Arch’s package manager) and the AUR.

Ah gotcha. Our local utility went away from net metering a few years back due to revenue losses, so while solar is mandated for new builds, the customer isn’t getting the benefit of overproduction. Like you said, it’s almost wasteful to not have a battery system installed, but then again, costs are costs.

AI as it sits is a tool that has specific use cases. It is absolutely not intelligence, as it’s commonly marketed. It may seem intelligent to the uninformed, but boy howdy is that a mistake.

I know it’s in there somewhere, it’s the time sink of yet another rabbit hole of searching and research. I’m tired boss.

I’d rather the ability to fudge these stats to developers, cause my info is none of their damn business when I’m paying for a service.
