100% with you, plus, with spotify premium you still get shitty ads on podcasts (that also do ad reads like hello fresh…) so there’s no advantage at all at listening to podcasts on spotify. I also find their media library management to be clunky at best so a dedicated podcast app is a far better option IMHO.
This is what happens when you reach 1Tn valuation and your talent pool retires at 45-55y old. The schadenfreude is immensely sweet. Sadly, their MO of dropping crums and have the public pay for their SW R&D via universities is still quite functional and bearing fruit at the detriment of open source solutions.
Good, they have dominance because they bribe and cheat. When all else fails, they outright buy the competition. We can’t have that, that’s not capitalism, it’s oligarchy.
What lead? It’s not a race if nobody else is participating.
What, the religious fanatic lider of an ethno-supremacist racist state is cozying up to Trump? Whoooot? Who could have seen that coming!?
We’ll welcome you, persecuted Indibros, we’ll give you a home when others try to burn yours down for money.
For simplicity and ease of use (also shipped with NV drivers) Bazzite.
It’s not as ease of use if you want to fiddle with stuff but as a turnkey solution it’s the best out there IMHO, it’s geared to non savvy users, it comes with everything pre-packaged OOTB (or gives you the option to run an install script for it) and it just works for the most part. Highly recommend going with KDE and Plasma.
That’s not to the detriment of other distros (don’t torch my house Arch fans), just that, bazzite really invested into the UX and it shows.
The range is poor by design, keeping the vehicle price low while having still a steep margin due to cheaping out on the battery. This way urban affluent populations get the e vehicle while the rural populations get the benzin one since the electric version is borderline useless in a rural setting. Its a sad state of affairs. Regarding the rest, I couldn’t disagree more, had a completely opposite experience with the 208 E.
How likely it is, it is supposed to be underwhelming to create association between Steam OS and poor performance? Given the “competing OS” handhelds incoming. It would be a cheap MDF campaign with far reaching effect.
This is genius marketing.
Who was the idiot that removed LiDar to cut costs?

That’s precisely it, it’s feudalism with extra steps. We’re not so far removed from cattle.
Thank you for this, I nearly spit my coffee on the table.
That scandal was a big shitshow and vw got the short end of the stick. Everyone was doing it, VW being one of the largest, got caught. The problem with capitalism is that if one player cheats, it gets a monopoly if the others don’t. (see every US company ever. US capitalism is based on two principles: 1: print a bunch of money to buy the competition. If that fails ->2 2: cheat) This mindset has sadly contaminated the rest of the world for obvious reasons.
Bazzite works wonderfully even for non techy types. On mobile at least, NV drivers are working well but there is a performance penalty. Surprisingly, when the windows drivers are CPU limited, the linux one is actually performs better but, generally, there is a performance penalty on linux. AMD GPUs have parity except for Raytracing, at least from what I’ve seen, RADV performs below the proprietary driver on Windows.
