    I can’t imagine why you’d want to put a mobile device OS on a PC, it would be like running android on a PC.

    Proton works great as it is.

      I would think it’s for people who want to leave their PC hooked up to their PC and use it exclusively as a gaming console

        Yeah I imagine it’d work great for an exclusive HTPC/10ft UI… steam’s big picture mode on Windows was often a bit awkward/buggy for me (I have it hooked up to my living room TV via HDMI)

      There are Android deployed for the TV. One could say “what about an android TV capable to run AAA games” and the answer would be “console”: then you get where things are going.
